Ford Fairlane Torino Power 7\" Brake Booster Milled Master Cylinder Disc Drum is a new replacement part for your 1967 1968 1969 1970 1971 Ford Fairlane up to 1973 Torino and Ranchero using a nice powder coated firewall mounting bracket. Disc Drum Applications
Brand new 7\" DUAL BLACK brake booster with BLACK Ball Milled master Cylinder and Black Disc/Drum Proportioning Valve Kit. This 7\" booster is ideal for most mid size street rods and customs. The 7\" dual booster offers 27% better stopping power over 7\" single boosters, making this setup much better for increased safety on your vehicle. This is the best deal you\'ll find on a quality setup like this. The booster mounts with a 4-bolt pattern. The 4 bolts are in a perfect square and are 3 3/8\" apart (center to center).
This also includes a brand new Ball Milled BLACK master cylinder. This brand new BLACK master cylinder has a ball-milled center for that Extra \"added touch\", and features a 1\" bore and the ports measure 9/16\" and 1/2\". This master cylinder will work with any drum/drum, disc/drum, or disc/disc setup. This is a 4 port master cylinder but does come with the plugs so you can use it as a 2 port.
Additionally this includes a Disc/Drum Proportioning Valve Kit. This combination proportioning valve is for Disc/Drum applications. This valve performs all the necessary functions when using disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear.
This valve will reduce braking pressure to the rear when necessary to prevent the brakes from locking up. It also distributes the brake pressure evenly so that the disc brakes are not doing all the work. This valve will also act as residual pressure for the rear drum brakes, allowing for better responsiveness when the brakes are applied. Finally, this valve offers the brake warning light switch to alert you if there is any failure in the braking system.
This valve is a great upgrade over the original and is a must when upgrading from drum to disc brakes. This is a GM style valve, but will work on almost any Ford, Mopar, Chevy, or whatever, as long as you have the right fittings. This light weight valve is constructed from Solid Aluminum with a Black Finish.
