Aftermarket fuel sending unit made specifically for the Ford Fairmont. This is not an altered unit for a Mustang, it is custom made for the Fairmont.
You will receive the fuel sending unit as shown in the photos.
This will fit the 78-81 sedans, coupes and wagons. It should work on the 82-83 wagons, as it is the same part # from ford, but I have not confirmed.
The sender is 81 Ohms at full and 10 Ohms when empty.
The 82-83 sender is different for the sedans with the sunken floor, and this one will NOT work for those years, check my listings, I may have those available for sale as well.
